Moor “n” Moor Devon Classic Run

We are pleased to announce that our annual event is changing in 2008. We are now organising a classic run on Sunday 29th June with a superb run over Dartmoor, into Somerset, finishing on Exmoor. You will start from Bovey Tracey with a complimentary coffee & finish on Exmoor with a cream tea.
Our base will be Bovey Tracey, which has easy access from the main A38 between Exeter and Plymouth. Bovey Tracey is an ancient stannary town and has all the accommodation and camping facilities we need, an excellent choice of restaurants and rapid access on to Dartmoor for the run.
The route will take you through the picturesque countryside of Devon & Somerset and finish with a super Devon Cream Tea on Exmoor. The finish point is close to the M5 motorway for you to go home.
The cost of the run is £25 per car (1 or 2 persons*) and this includes your rally plaque, route map, any winners trophies and cream tea. The cost of the Saturday evening 3 course dinner in a Bovey Tracey hotel will be £12.50 per head.

For a list of accommodation please contact the person below with sae & a list will forwarded to you. We anticipate a big demand but, for traffic control reasons, numbers have to be limited to 100 cars, so early application is strongly advised. Accommodation also needs to be booked direct & early as many tourists visit this area in June and July. All tickets for the run will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the event.
